| Help Topic: Gift Certificates |
Fieldhouse Store gift certificates are available in denominations of $10, $25, $50 and $100 and can be redeemed for merchandise online at any Fieldhouse Store web site. |
HOW TO ORDER A GIFT CERTIFICATE

Select the denomination(s) you wish to purchase and select "Add to Shopping Cart".
Gift certificates can be ordered for multiple recipients on one order.
Your credit card will be billed for your gift certificate upon purchase (pending credit card authorization).
You may print the gift certificate or e-mail it to the recipient with a note (optional). |
| GIFT CERTIFICATE RESTRICTIONS |
|
Fieldhouse gift certificates expire (1) year from issuance (unless prohibited by State law).
Fieldhouse Store Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Fieldhouse web site, (www.fieldhouse.com) and are applied toward the purchase of products on Fieldhouse stores. Fieldhouse gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Fieldhouse gift certificates cannot be split between two orders, and each certificate must be used in its' entirety on one order. Fieldhouse does not provide a service to hold partially used certificates for future use.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or check.
Fieldhouse gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Fieldhouse gift certificates and their use on the Fieldhouse Store Web site are subject to Fieldhouse's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates codes. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. |
| LOST CERTIFICATES |

Fieldhouse will assist customers with replacement of lost certificate codes for valid certificates. Contact Customer Service toll free at 877-232-9785. You will be asked to provide the order information to authenticate your request. |
| USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE |
| |
Once you have selected the product(s) you would like to order with your gift certificate please proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, enter your Gift Certificate Code in the box provided.
If your code is valid, the gift certificate dollar value will be deducted from your total when you review your order.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or check. |

Fieldhouse gives customers the purchasing flexibility of being able to order custom products. Once your product selections have been made, add the product to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. You may pay by credit card or check. We ask that you provide your email address and phone number in the event that we have any questions about your order. Your personal information is kept confidential. You may ship your order to your billing address or to a different address. This makes gift giving easy! |

Please place "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" and your order number in the subject line field. If you are canceling your order, you can either receive a credit towards a future purchase or we will refund your card. Please let us know what you would prefer. |

Items sold by Fieldhouse and shipped to destinations in Washington and Kansas are subject to and charged sales tax.
In some cases, sales tax may also be charged if an item is shipping from the same state as the ship to destination. |

| Help Topic: Shipping and Delivery Timeline |

Retail orders are shipped within 7 - 14 days of placement. Shipping may take between one and five days, depending on your location. We will select the shipping carrier with the most efficient delivery to your destination. The carriers that currently ship Fieldhouse orders are FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service. If you have ordered more than one item, the products your ordered may be shipped separately. You will receive a confirmation email when each product in your order has shipped. Expedited shipping is available upon request (additional charges apply).

Each holiday season, the order deadline for delivery by December 24th will be clearly communicated near the top of your store. The standard production timelines do not apply during this special holiday period. If you have missed the deadline you are always free to order, but your items will likely be delivered after December 24th. Of course, you can purchase and print a Fieldhouse gift card any time!
While we have a nearly perfect record for delivering orders for the holiday deadline, some factors may be outside of our control such as inclement weather, shipping carrier backlogs or shipping carrier errors. It is always important to ensure that you accurately enter the shipping address for your order to prevent delivery delays. We will do everything under our power to overcome unforeseen complications and delivery your order promptly!

Fieldhouse retail products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy.
Within 30 days of Fieldhouse shipping your retail order, you may return or exchange any or all items in their original condition, and unwashed for a full refund or exchange, less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is damaged or a result of our error, (i.e. ripped, incorrectly filled, incorrect design, incorrect color, etc.), we will also refund your shipping cost. Important: You must follow the return procedure listed below to ensure proper handling of your return.
We will refund you in the same form of payment you used for purchasing, within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Fieldhouse extends the return/exchange deadline over the holidays to accommodate your shopping schedule. Orders placed in November or December can be exchanged or returned by the recipient for store credit (less shipping) through the end of January.
